Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at lucid Multimedia. As a Graphic Designer at lucid Multimedia, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including social media, websites, and marketing materials. You will work closely with our teams to develop unique and eye-catching designs that effectively communicate our brand message and promote our virtual YouTubers / VTubers.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for social media, websites, and marketing materials

• Work closely with other teams to develop designs that effectively communicate our brand message, including thumbnail design and social media posts.

• Collaborate with other creatives to create cohesive and effective campaigns

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail

• Continuously improve the visual aesthetic of our virtual YouTubers / Virsonas.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a graphic designer

• Strong portfolio of relevant design work

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva

• Strong understanding of design principles and typography

• Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus

• Experience with social media marketing is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Passion for design and the latest design trends

• Native English speaker

• Strong interest in the VTuber, anime, or Japanese culture

Education:
Education in graphic design or related field a plus, but not required

​

Compensation: This is a per-project or retainer-based position as independent contractor, with compensation ranging from approximately $18-$22 per hour for US-based applicants. DOE and location. Part-time preferred.
