Opening: Talent Manager

lucid Multimedia is hiring a part time Talent Manager. We're looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about the VTubing industry, have strong organizational skills, and love helping others. Job Overview: 

The Talent Manager is responsible for managing our talents. You may be assigned up to 3 talents to manage. You'll be expected to help manage talent schedules, assist with content planning and ideation, provide constructive feedback and suggestions for how talents can improve their content, assist in finding collab and partnership opportunities for talents, and assist in talent deliverables (monetization rewards, content releases, or other similar activities), and perform data analytics! 
 

Requirements: 

  • Must be over 18 years of age

  • Ability to commit up to 20 hours per week of work

  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to be empathetic and understanding

  • Manage talent deliverables and schedules

  • Data analysis and tracking

  • Technical knowledge of livestreaming and video production; must be able to assist talents with troubleshooting stream issues

  • Understanding of the VTuber industry and trends

The following skills are considered a major bonus in applicants:

  • Design or editing ability

  • Any technical background in livestreaming or production

​

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work well as part of the team; 

  • Share our passion for supporting talents & encouraging growth

  • Have a passion for VTuber/Anime culture

  • Be incredibly detail oriented and structured in their personal and professional life

  • Have the ability to step up and help in areas that need help (we're a small but growing company and many people wear multiple hats)
