lucid Multimedia is thrilled to invite VTubers to be our guests for 30-minute Meet & Greet sessions at our booth during OffKai Expo: The VTuber Convention, taking place from May 31 to June 2, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency in Burlingame, California!
This is your chance to connect with your dedicated fans and make new ones "in-person" at the lucid Multimedia booth! If you're a VTuber looking to interact with your audience at OffKai Expo Gen 3, apply now for a guest slot! Our booth will be equipped with a large screen TV, a USB camera, and a microphone. What is OffKai Expo?

When and where is the OffKai Expo taking place?
OffKai Expo will be held from May 31 to June 2, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency in Burlingame, California.
How many Meet & Greet slots are available?
There are up to 10 slots available. We will be hosting 5 slots for Friday, May 31st and 5 slots for Sunday, June 2nd.
Is there a cost to apply or be featured as a guest at the lucid Multimedia booth?
No, it's completely free to apply and be featured as a guest for our Meet & Greet sessions.
How long will each Meet & Greet session last?
Each selected VTuber guest will be assigned a 30-minute slot during the event.
What are the requirements to apply for a Meet & Greet slot?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, be available on Friday, May 31st or Sunday, June 2nd, and have access to a fast & reliable internet connection.
When will applications close?
The application form will close on Friday, March 29th at 11:59pm. We strongly encourage interested applicants to submit their applications before then, as we may close the application earlier due to high interest.
When will decisions be sent out?
All applicants will receive an email by April 19, 2024 on the status of their application. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What equipment will be provided at the lucid Multimedia booth?
The booth will include a large screen TV, a USB camera, and a microphone. We'll use Discord, subject to any unforeseen Wi-Fi issues.
Could I have my merchandise featured at your booth?
Merchandise arrangements will be handled on a case-by-case basis and will involve individual discussions. Please keep in mind that costs & fees associated with the shipping & handling of products may be involved.
