lucid Multimedia is currently seeking a dedicated and professional VTuber Talent Manager to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and support our roster of virtual talents (Virsonas), ensuring their growth and success within the company. 1-2+ years of professional experience in a related field is preferred and a strong plus. We are committed to training and fostering growth within our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of virtual talents (VTubers)

• Collaborate with talents to develop strategies for content creation, growth, and audience engagement

• Coordinate schedules, events, and appearances for Virsonas

• Work closely with our production team to ensure high-quality content is created and published on time

• Monitor and analyze talent performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement

• Maintain strong relationships with talents, addressing any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of professional experience in talent management or a related field, ideally within the content creation industry (strong plus)

• Strong understanding of the VTuber landscape, trends, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Experience with social media management and analytics tools

• Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus

• Strong interest in the VTuber, anime, or Japanese culture

Education:

Education in related field a plus, but not required

​

Compensation: This is a per-project or retainer-based position as independent contractor, with compensation ranging from approximately $18-$25 per hour for US-based applicants. DOE and location.
