Opening:  Social Media Marketing Manager / Growth Manager

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at lucid Multimedia. The Social Media Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing effective social media marketing strategies to promote our virtual talents Virsonas and grow their respective livestream channels. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and audience engagement techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote our virtual YouTubers and grow their respective livestream channels

  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to create engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience

  • Manage and optimize our social media accounts to increase engagement and reach

  • Monitor social media analytics to track performance and adjust strategies as needed

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns

  • Create and maintain a social media calendar for livestreams and events

  • Conduct research on target audience behavior, preferences and gather insights for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager or similar role

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics, specially, Twitter, Youtube, and Twitch

  • Strong writing and editing skills for creating engaging social media content

  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics software

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Passion for social media marketing and the latest trends

  • Native English speaker

  • Strong interest in the VTuber, anime, or Japanese culture

Education:

Education in marketing or communications or related field a plus, but not required

​

Compensation: This is a per-project or retainer-based position as independent contractor, with compensation ranging from approximately $18-$28 per hour for US-based applicants. DOE and location. Part-time preferred.
