Description:

We are seeking an experienced Audio Engineer/Sound Engineer to join our team at lucid Multimedia. The primary responsibility of this role is to help with livestream production and music production. This includes setting up and maintaining audio equipment, mixing and mastering audio recordings, and troubleshooting any audio-related issues that may arise during livestreams or recording sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing and mastering audio recordings

• Troubleshooting and resolving any audio-related issues that may arise during livestreams or recording sessions

• Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure a high-quality audio experience for the audience

• Staying up-to-date with the latest audio technology and trends

• Providing technical support during rehearsals and live performances

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Audio Engineer/Sound Engineer

• Proficiency in audio mixing and mastering software such as Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic Pro, etc.

• Strong understanding of audio equipment and technology

• Passion for music and sound production

• Native English speaker

• Strong interest in the VTuber, anime, or Japanese culture

Education:

Education in related field a plus, but not required

​

Compensation: This is a per-project or retainer-based position as independent contractor, with compensation ranging from approximately $17-$25 per hour for US-based applicants. DOE and location.
